Site supervision and cost control until handover. We are on site, not just in the office.

Questions before you call
What happens during the first visit?
We come to your home or your plot, listen to what you need, take measurements and photos, and tell you honestly what can and cannot be done. It is free and commits you to nothing.
How much does an architecture project cost?
It depends on the type of work, the floor area and the scope. After the first visit we give you a fixed fee proposal, with what each phase includes.
How long does a full renovation take? And a new build?
Timelines depend on permits, scope and the builder. In the preliminary study we give you a realistic phased schedule so you can plan.
Do you handle the permits?
Yes. We prepare and file the necessary documents with the town council and the college of architects as part of the project.
Do you work outside Barcelona?
Yes. We have projects in Barcelona, Vallès and Gironès. If your home is further away, tell us and we will look into it.
I already have a builder. Can I work with you?
Yes. We can do the design and the site supervision working alongside your builder, or help you choose one if you do not have one yet.
