What data we process and why

The data you send through the form (name, email, phone, town, type of project and message) is used only to answer your request and arrange the first visit.

The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Retention and recipients

We keep the data for as long as the relationship lasts or until you ask us to delete it. It is not shared with third parties unless required by law. The form is sent through an email provider acting as data processor.

Analytics

Only if you accept analytics cookies, we measure use of the site with Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), with the IP anonymised and no advertising signals. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw on the cookies page. Google may process this data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to arquitectura@raar-arquitectura.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
